Terms & Conditions
International delivery is available for all items.
We accept all Credit and Debit cards via PayPal and Worldpay - a safe and secure way to pay.
A PayPal account isn't needed to make your purchases.
We always opt for "proof of postage" or "signed for", therefore if you request special instructions whilst making your order for it to be delivered to an alternative location eg. Leave at the front door, then we shall not be responsible for the orders safe delivery.
If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), we will refund you under the following Terms and Conditions:
The item must be returned within 14 days.
The item must be returned in the same condition it was received (tags attached, any boxes undamaged). We will not refund the postage costs.
If your item is damaged or has been damaged during delivery, we will refund you under the following Terms and Conditions:
All damages must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item.
Any damaged items reported after this time, will not be refunded.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of earrings for hygiene reasons.
If we ever go on holiday, orders will be delayed being dispatched. Clear details as to these times will be on the website.
We will be closed from Friday 20th December for a week.
Please take note of product dimensions before purchase and ensure you are happy with the size of the product.
For personalised items, we will not refund for customer mistakes involving the specific personalised details. Please read carefully the personalised details attached to each item. (Check spelling & punctuation)
